Noticeboard

Please note that the Dispensary phone lines are very busy and are only open between 10am and 5pm. We would appreciate it if you did not ring Dispensary to check that your prescription is ready. Please be assured that if you have made a prescription request it will be processed by us within 48 hours unless we contact you. We cannot take any responsibility for delays that subsequently occur at a local pharmacy.

There is a box in the waiting room for any suggestions you may wish to make about our service. You may also use the online form on the 'Contact Us' page of this website.

We hope you do not have any cause to complain, but if you have a complaint we operate a practice-based complaints procedure please contact the practice manager - Sue Howe by letter, phone or email (gp.G82120@nhs.net)

Reception will be able to provide you with more information on how to complain.
